Our Story
SuperProduct was born from a simple frustration: product teams were making decisions in the dark. Roadmaps were disconnected from business outcomes. Features shipped without knowing if they actually moved the needle.
We were product managers ourselves, struggling to answer basic questions: "Why are we building this?" and "Did it work?" We had data scattered across analytics tools, project trackers, and spreadsheets. But no single place to connect our strategy to our execution and measure real impact.
So in 2026 we started building SuperProduct. A platform that starts with impact mapping — connecting business goals to actors, impacts, and deliverables. Then tracks initiatives and timelines to keep execution aligned with strategy. And uses AI to help teams prioritize what to build next based on expected impact.
We're just getting started, and we're building SuperProduct in the open — shipping fast, listening to early users, and iterating every week.
