An idea moves through several defined statuses in its lifecycle. Understanding these will help you manage them effectively.
Idea Lifecycle Statuses
- Captured: The initial raw idea, just logged.
- Exploring: The idea is under active investigation.
- Refined: The idea is polished and ready for decision-making.
- Converted: The idea has been turned into a goal or initiative (terminal state).
- Parked: The idea is shelved temporarily for later consideration.
- Discarded: The idea has been rejected and will not move forward.
Note: Once an idea reaches the Converted status, it cannot transition back to any previous status.
